Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales and transactions on Lowfied are final. This Refund Policy explains why refunds are not provided and the terms governing digital product transactions.

1. No Refund Policy

Since Lowfied deals in digital products (including but not limited to music beats, instrumentals, audio tracks, sounds, software, licenses, and digital assets), all purchases made on the platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once a digital product is purchased, downloaded, licensed, or otherwise accessed, the transaction is considered fully completed and cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

Unlike physical items, digital products can be instantly saved, duplicated, and used upon download or licensing. Therefore, return of the product is impossible, which is why we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

We encourage all users to carefully review product previews, descriptions, licensing terms, and compatibility requirements before finalizing their purchase.

3. Extraordinary Circumstances

In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, such as unauthorized fraudulent transactions or billing errors, you may contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.

Any exceptions made, if at all, will be at the sole discretion of Lowfied, and making an inquiry does not guarantee any refund or credit.
